Beginning with a thorough assessment, identification of the muscles affected, and the creation of a strategy to address them. Using manual techniques, Positional release, and stretching that lengthen and relax muscles.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule we require 24 hours' notice or a $90 cancellation fee will be applied.
